Regional Program Manager

Ms. Saykwayee Harmony Henry is the  Regional manager of the boy child Advancement and Protection foundation international.
Ms  Saykwayee is a 2017 alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Center (RLC), Cohort 6, Accra, Ghana. She is also a 2022 Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus, Civil leadership track. Saykwayee completed her track at the Kansas State university, United States of America. Ms. Henry was fortunate to be selected for the Professional Development Experience and was placed at the YMCA in Austin, Taxes where she served as Executive Assistant.

She’s the CEO of Shana’s Food production, an organic food production company in Liberia targeting the issues of food security,improve nutrition through sustainable Agriculture,women empowerment into Agriculture and Agro-business and Climate Change.

Saykwayee has more than Eight years' experience in advocacy, community development, and early childhood development.

Currently, she serves as the communication Director and Margibi County coordinator for the National Young Women Political Council of Liberia (NYEPCL). At NYEPCL, Saykwayee coordinates and organizes programs that help ensure more women have the requisite skills to enter local and national politics in Liberia. Previously, she helped organize advocacy programs for quality education and ending violence against women and children.

In 2019, Saykwayee founded the Kids Development Initiative, a non-profit organization to help advocate, educate, and empower women and children in Liberia. Also, her organization helps vulnerable children acquire leadership knowledge and skills. Currently, Saykwayee is initiating the Agricultural and Education Project, a flagship program that teaches kids about their rights, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship.

She’s currently the Country Director for Center for Peace,Advocacy and Sustainable Development a program, established in Nigeria.

In 2019-2021 she served as the  chairperson for Rules and Business at the Democratic African Youth Parliament, Abuja,Nigeria.

She’s the Vice President for the Young African Leadership Initiative Liberia Alumini Chapter.

She’s an international Speaker, Mentor and a teacher with both  national and international professional experience.

She was recognized as the 2020 Global Change maker of the Year and the Most Influential Young Person in Liberia in 2020.
